We have an established estate agency team of 100 Real Estate Negotiators including teams in, Kota Kinabalu, Tawau, Lahad Datu and Sandakan. Presently this division is headed by our Director of Sales and Marketing, Ms Cyndi Liu.
To motivate our team, we offer regular training and overseas incentive trips. Previous incentive trips were to Taiwan, Japan, Shanghai, Korea in the past 4 years. The latest incentive trip for the estate agency team was to Melbourne, Australia in March 2019.
Our office has a structured and experienced Sales & Credit Administration Team to support & co-ordinate secondary/primary market sales activities. Training and sales seminars are conducted in our dedicated estate agency office. This is done with a specially designed and dedicated software system for our own use.
Guided by our team of consultants and valuers with vast knowledge and understanding of Sabah’s property market, supported by our experiences in marketing various types of projects, our sales achievement continued in 2019 and 2020 with sales growth in affordable homes.
Moving forward in 2021, post COVID-19 pandemic, we shall invest more on digitalization and online marketing and training. Virtual tours of properties for sale shall become the norm. Expanding online marketing requires market penetration which we will conduct through constant promotion and advertising including traditional avenues such as billboards and print medium.
